HLC Featured Property Story

Don't just show the property. Tell the story people will remember.

Every place holds history — people who lived there, decisions made within those walls, moments that shaped a neighborhood or community. The HLC Featured Property Story gives that history a professional home: researched, written, filmed, and preserved by History Loves Company.

This is not a video package. It is historical research, documentary storytelling, and permanent preservation delivered as a complete professional production.

• Historical research on the property, building, business, neighborhood, architecture, and notable people or events — wherever reliable records are available
• Professionally written property history drawn from research findings
• 3–6 minute edited historical video produced by History Loves Company

• 10–20 curated historical and contemporary images when available from reliable sources

A Note on Archival Materials

Historical imagery, documents, and records are included where legally available and reliably sourced. The depth of research reflects what exists in the public record. History Loves Company does not fabricate or speculate beyond verifiable sources.

Who This Is For

Built for homeowners, Realtors, developers, businesses, churches, schools, municipalities, architecture firms, historic districts, and families who believe their place has a story worth preserving. Particularly well-suited for historic homes, active real estate listings, downtown buildings, churches, schools, community landmarks, family businesses, properties approaching significant anniversaries, and adaptive reuse projects.

How It Works

1. Reserve Your Story — Purchase your production slot.
2. Tell Us About the Place — Complete the intake form with the address, known history, documents, photographs, goals, and access information.
3. We Research — HLC investigates available public records, newspapers, maps, directories, archives, architectural history, and community context.
4. We Create — We write, film (where applicable), edit, and assemble the story.
5. Your Story Becomes Part of the Archive — The completed story is published through History Loves Company and delivered to you for ongoing sharing.

After Purchase

You will receive a link to the HLC Property Story Intake Form. Please complete it promptly to reserve your place in the production queue. Unusual travel, extensive third-party research fees, licensing costs, or production requirements outside our normal scope may require an additional quote.
