About us
History Loves Company celebrates the stories of historic places, communities, objects, and people. The Foundry is a creator marketplace and community space located in Pontiac, Michigan.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, product availability, or an error in a listing.
Prices, product descriptions, availability, and promotions may change without notice. We make every reasonable effort to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary by screen and one-of-a-kind or vintage items may have age-related wear.
Preorders
Preorder products are charged when the order is placed unless otherwise stated. Estimated fulfillment dates are not guarantees and may change due to production or shipping conditions.
Digital products and intellectual property
All website content, photographs, videos, writing, graphics, logos, products, and materials are owned by or used with permission by History Loves Company, The Foundry, or their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, alter, or commercially use them without written permission.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, reposted, or redistributed.
Marketplace and vendor items
The Foundry may offer goods created, supplied, or consigned by independent vendors. Product-specific questions, fulfillment, and return eligibility may vary by item. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between History Loves Company/The Foundry and an independent vendor.
Events, reservations, and services
Tickets, rentals, workshops, appointments, and other booked services may have separate terms shown at purchase or booking. Attendees and guests are responsible for following venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. We may reschedule, modify, or cancel an event when necessary; if we cancel an event, we will provide notice and an appropriate remedy, such as a refund, credit, or rescheduled date.
