HLC Apparel Co. – Refund Policy

At HLC Apparel Co., we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be free of odors, stains, or wear

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or limited-edition drops (if specified on product page)


Return Process

To start a return, email us at chris@historylovesco.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at chris@historylovesco.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll make it right immediately.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us at chris@historylovesco.com.
We’ll guide you through the exchange process and hold your replacement item when possible.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production or have shipped.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
