Studio & Event Cancellation Policy

All studio and event space bookings at The Foundry are subject to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms. Specific terms for your booking will be confirmed in writing before any reservation is finalized.

Cancellation by the Client

• 7 or more days before the booking: Full refund or credit toward a future booking.
• 3 to 6 days before the booking: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
• Less than 72 hours before the booking: No refund. Credit may be offered at The Foundry's discretion.
• No-show: No refund or credit.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made 72 or more hours before the booking will be accommodated subject to availability at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the booking may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Cancellation by The Foundry

In the event The Foundry must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
