Thank you for shopping with HLC Apparel Co. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all shipping details for our store.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

Because our products are made-to-order through our production partners, processing times may vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Order volume

  • Seasonal demand

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times (U.S.)

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes:

3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Total expected delivery window = 5–14 business days from order date.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The shipping destination

  • Product weight

  • Carrier rates

Exact shipping costs will appear before completing your order.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand soon.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • Missing apartment number

  • Delivery failure

You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.


Lost or Stolen Packages

HLC Apparel Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If this happens:

  1. Contact the carrier directly

  2. Verify the shipping address

  3. Check with neighbors or your local post office

We will assist whenever possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: 📧 chris@historylovesco.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item or issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
