Shipping Policy — The Foundry

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Artifact Prints are printed on demand and may require up to 7 business days before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited options are available at checkout. Vintage objects, framed prints, and large items are packed carefully and may incur additional handling fees due to size or fragility.

Fragile & Oversized Items Some items — including framed prints, vintage objects, and large display pieces — require special packaging. These items may ship separately and may have higher shipping costs reflected at checkout. We do not ship items we cannot pack safely.

Local Pickup Free local pickup is available at The Foundry. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Contact us to confirm pickup hours before arriving.

Artifact Prints Prints are produced on demand and ship rolled in a protective tube or flat in a rigid mailer depending on size. Frames are not included unless noted in the product listing.

Damages & Issues If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll make it right.
