- Signature Property Film — $1,195 launch ($1,495 standard). 5–7 minute film. Expanded architectural coverage; More in-depth historical research; Available archival material and narration.
- Family Legacy Film — $895 launch ($1,195 standard). 5–7 minute film. The story of your home; Family-provided photos and memories; Interviews as agreed in the project scope.
- Landmark Documentary — from $2,395 launch (from $2,995 standard). Custom scope · starting package. Project-specific documentary plan; Scope and budget confirmed in advance; For owners, organizations and community partners.
