This is a vintage black-and-white photograph of three Detroit Red Wings players in full gear, kneeling on the ice — signed by at least two confirmed legends and a third whose signature appears consistent with the third member of the line. Clearly legible signatures include Gordie Howe #9 and Sid Abel #12. The third signature on the right is consistent with Ted Lindsay, which would make this a complete Production Line signed piece.
The Production Line — Gordie Howe, Sid Abel, and Ted Lindsay — was the most dominant forward line of the late 1940s and early 1950s, leading the Detroit Red Wings to four Stanley Cup championships. They finished 1-2-3 in NHL scoring in 1949–50, the only time in history a single line swept the top three scoring spots. This is one of the most celebrated lines in hockey history.
